Course Format
Daily, the classes will follow this format: One hour of asana, One hour of anatomy, One hour of alignment

What you will learn

  • How compression joints work
  • 4 layers of back muscles
  • How the thoracolumbar fascia protected the spine
  • 6 or 7 spinal movements
  • Alignment for asanas dominate in the spine and torso
