Course Format
This class will be fairly academic. We will practice breathing and pair small movements with the breath.

What you will learn

  • Muscles of the chest
  • Muscles of the upper back
  • How the diaphragm muscle works
  • Which muscles support the inhale and which support the exhale

  • Forward Fold to Extended Mountain
