To help you navigate the schedule, we group our classes into different class types.
Movement Focus, Stillness Focus, and Skills Focus classes are accessible to most students.
Movement Challenge classes are for students that are experienced students. To be considered an experienced yoga student you should be familiar with the vocabulary of yoga and you need to know what your personal limits are.
The schedule below is filtered to only show you our Movement Challenge classes. Please keep in mind that there's plenty of challenge and learning in our Movement Focus, Stillness Focus, and Skills Focus classes for experienced students.
If you are or if you become pregnant our Prenatal Yoga classes are the only safe option for pregnant yogis.
Movement Focus, Stillness Focus, and Skills Focus classes are accessible to most students. Most classes and teachers will give you options throughout the class so you can keep the challenge level right where you need it. Even experienced yogis can learn something and find challenge in the classes that are open to all students.
