MELT | A Yin-spired Mini Retreat

MELT into the New Year! Join Cathy for this small, special gathering that will allow us to connect and relax on a deeper level. This class is open to only 10 registrants so we can keep the space small and intimate. Expect slow, deep, supported asana, quiet connection, guided meditation/nidra and extended savasana with aromatherapy. Each member of our group will feel supported, connected and deeply relaxed.
