An upbeat hybrid yoga class that focuses on reconnecting you with your core and overall strengthening after having baby. This class is designed to be a safe place for you to find your core again and challenge yourself! Expect a fun hour just for you that includes cardio intervals and yoga poses for strength.
Diastasis, pelvic floor, and postural issues will be discussed, and all core work is designed to be safe for a diastasis with modifications offered. All levels of students are welcome – even mommas who have never done yoga before!
Momma Tip: Ask your obstetrician/midwife to check you for diastasis (separation of abdominal muscles) at your 6- or 8-week postpartum appointment.
Mommas should be cleared by their obstetrician for physical activity at their 6 or 8-week postpartum appointment before taking this class.
Non-Members: $80 for 4/5 sessions of your choosing
Members: $75 for 4/5 sessions of your choosing
