A small, special gathering that will allow us to connect and relax on a deeper level. This class is open to only 8 registrants so we can keep the space small and intimate.
Expect slow, deep, supported asana, quiet connection, guided meditation/nidra and extended savasana with aromatherapy. Each member of our group will feel supported, connected and deeply relaxed.
Cathy Burke, E-RYT has been teaching yoga for nearly 10 years. She finds that yoga offers a unique opportunity for self-care, connection and deep relaxation and hopes to share these elements with her students.
