MELT | A Yin-spired Winter Mini-Retreat

Join us for this small, special gathering that will allow you to connect and relax on a deeper level. This class is open to only 8 registrants so we can keep the space small and intimate. Expect slow, deep, supported asana, quiet connection, guided meditation/nidra and extended savasana with aromatherapy. Each member of our group will feel supported, connected and deeply relaxed.
