The changing of seasons is a perfect time to embrace new perspectives in your life and in your yoga practice.
This slow flowing, 90 minute master class will focus on both strength and relaxation, and will (hopefully!) challenge you to see your own yoga practice in a new way.
It is suitable for all levels, and will include a relaxation and short meditation at the end. Come sweat, smile, laugh and let go as we welcome in the autumn season.
$20 for monthly and annual members
What is a Master Class?
A master class is longer than a regularly scheduled class, allowing time for a complete yoga practice including asana, pranayama, chanting and meditation. Alternatively, a Master Classes can have a special theme.
