Prenatal Chill Out

Join Brenda in this class series designed for any mama looking for a relaxing break to move gently and be present with the experience of pregnancy. Class will consist of gentle slow flow and soothing stretches, restorative poses, pranayama (breath work), meditation geared towards pregnancy and motherhood with the option to journal, and ends with an unscented apricot kernel oil temple and neck massage during savasana.
