The connection between mind and body is evident in many ways. Understanding connections between you brain and digestive system is an example of mind body connection.

The Vagus Nerve allows you to connect your conscious mind to your automatic body responses of breath, digestion and heart rate. How do you access it to promote more time in rest, digest and repair?

Class will be taught twice during the day. 10-11am and 7:30 to 8:30pm.
