Triangle to Half Moon

Triangle and Half Moon poses are on a continuum within the same vertical plane. Triangle can be used to increase strength and flexibility in the side body and then the same muscles challenged by balance in 1/2 moon. 

Hamstrings. External Obliques. Hip stability. Add a little balance and we're good to go!
