Living Yoga Meditation

In the ancient tradition of a satsang (Sanskrit for "gathering together for the truth.”), combining meditation with a discussion of modern and ancient texts can help us put life challenges in perspective, reduce stress and live our yoga. In this class, we will explore yogic philosophy and writers of many traditions as a focal point for meditation. No prior knowledge is required, only an open mind.
