Yoga isn’t just flexibility - strengthen your body to increase stability and stamina!
Join this 8-session course to improve overall body strength through refining and sustaining poses that challenge. Some less dynamic poses (including savasana) will be incorporated to complement the strength practice. Open to all levels and limited to 5 participants in order to ensure individual attention/modifications.
This course will meet weekly on Tuesdays at 7:00pm from October 10 through November 28.
